To form an enclosing but transparent screen to protect
a once crime ravaged Soho garden. It is designed to
allow St. Anne's church to be see during the day when the 

green is open to the public and provides a protective and 

eyegrabbing gate in the evening to the historical plague 

burrial site hidden behind it.
